Production Supervisor

1. Job Overview

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement in line with Lean Manufacturing principles.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize production layout, material flow, line balancing, and manpower planning to improve efficiency and meet Lean Manufacturing targets.

• Manage production activities from pre-launch to mass production and End of Production (EOP).

• Monitor and control production quality, productivity, and operational performance.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, industry standards, and regulations.

• Oversee production planning, in-process quality, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and delivery schedule to meet customer demands.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including preventive and corrective actions related to quality, cost, and delivery.

• Analyze production capacity, identify bottlenecks, and apply Industrial Engineering (IE) methods to optimize resources.

• Conduct time study and update standard time in ERP systems for accurate reporting and forecasting.

• Manage and supervise a large production team (100–200 operators).

3. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Production Supervisor/Line Leader).

• Strong knowledge of 7 QC tools, root cause analysis, and quality control methods.

• Familiar with production metrics such as Productivity, Efficiency, OEE, Line Balancing, Bottleneck analysis.

• Experience in manual manufacturing processes is preferred.

• Good command of English communication.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
