ABOUT COMPANY

Our client is a leading global manufacturing company specializing in advanced thermal management and liquid cooling solutions for data centers, servers, and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure.

The company is expanding its manufacturing operations in Vietnam to support one of its largest U.S. customers. This large-scale international project involves close collaboration among engineering teams in Vietnam, Taiwan, and the United States to develop next-generation liquid cooling products for the global market.

Location

• Working location: Gia Bình, Bắc Ninh

• Shuttle bus: Available from Bắc Giang, Hải Dương, and surrounding areas of Bắc Ninh.

• Working schedule: Full-time, Monday to Saturday.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead project planning, scheduling, execution, and overall management for liquid cooling system projects, ensuring all milestones are delivered on time and within budget.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Thermal Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure smooth project execution.

• Identify technical risks and supply chain bottlenecks (such as coolant compatibility, manifolds, leak testing, etc.) and develop effective mitigation plans.

• Act as the primary contact point for project updates, presenting project progress to senior management and international customers.

• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring successful transition from prototype development to mass production while meeting quality and yield targets.

• Monitor project costs, Bill of Materials (BOM), resource allocation, and overall project profitability.

• Collaborate closely with management teams in Taiwan and customers in the United States within a multinational project environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in electronics manufacturing, server products, thermal management, or related industries.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.

• Experience with liquid cooling systems, including CDUs, manifolds, quick disconnects, heat exchangers, or similar products is highly preferred.

• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.

Language

• Good communication skills in English and/or Mandarin Chinese to work effectively with global teams and international customers.
