Key Responsibilities

• Provide process input and technical support during RFQ stage

• Conduct product feasibility studies and prepare related reports

• Develop process flow, IE estimation, and manufacturing data

• Participate in design review (product & tooling) from process perspective

• Prepare samples and support trial builds, collect data for evaluation

• Create and maintain working instructions, BOM, and technical documents

• Support pilot run and handover to production/launch team

• Evaluate engineering changes (ECR) and update lesson-learned database

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• 3 years of experience as Process Engineer (Automotive/Manufacturing)

• Knowledge of 5 Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP)

• Understanding of 7 QC tools and IATF 16949

• Experience with 2D/3D design software

• Good English communication and teamwork skills
